In all my years of experience, I’ve learned that maybe the hardest thing to be achieved during the development phase of a project, is getting the customer and the developer to speak the same language.

It’s common that you need some system done, and you don’t have any IT skills, or don’t have a single clue of how to get it done (why would you?), you only need to get it done, and you spend more time getting the developer to understand what you need, than the time needed to develop the entire system, and sometimes even when it’s finished, you need to go back and forward because the developer didn’t get the entire idea.

It’s sometimes hard to manage a software project when you don’t have the required skills, and in some cases that might delay and slow the development process. I can be your project manager, from the requirements phase, to choose the right coder (if you don’t want me to do it) and testing the final work, I can be there for you. I can communicate directly with the developers, and keep you up to date about what’s going on with your project, I can get sure your deadline is met, or warn you that the deadline won’t be met so you can take the proper measures.
